1. Identification and acceptance
Lokalu is a digital platform that helps users discover experiences, places and bookings with providers. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
2. Account and eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Lokalu may suspend accounts for fraudulent, abusive use or breach of applicable law.
3. Bookings, payments and fees
Bookings may be processed through payment partners (e.g. Stripe) and/or settlement systems. Prices, service fees, commissions and cancellation or refund rules depend on the type of experience and what is shown at booking time.
4. Content and intellectual property
Users retain rights in content they publish, granting Lokalu a limited licence to host, display and promote it in connection with the service. Mass copying, unauthorised scraping or infringing third-party rights is prohibited.
5. Guides, owners and providers
Those offering tours, shows or other services through Lokalu are responsible for complying with local sector rules (licences, insurance, accessibility, etc.). Separate commercial terms may apply to providers.
6. Limitation of liability
Lokalu acts as a technology intermediary. To the extent permitted by law, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed, nor outcomes of third-party experiences. Use is at your own risk.
7. Changes
Lokalu may update these terms. Material versions will be published in the app. Continued use after material changes may constitute acceptance unless the law requires otherwise.

Annex I — Venue owners
Ticketera/booking commissions, payout cadence and fiscal data (DAC7) must be kept current. You must provide clear pre-contractual information and comply with local hospitality or entertainment rules.
