1. Relationship with Lokalu
By listing and selling experiences on Lokalu you act as an independent provider. Lokalu supplies the technology, visibility and, where applicable, payment processing via third parties (e.g. Stripe). There is no employment relationship unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Provider obligations
- Accuracy of published information (pricing, availability, access rules).
- Compliance with sector rules (licences, insurance, tourism registration, shows, customer personal data).
- Customer service and performance of the service sold to the traveler.
3. Fees and settlements
Fees and payout cadence are those shown in the provider dashboard or in specific commercial agreements. Refunds or PSP fees may reduce net payouts.
